Need help with Wave? You can contact the Wave Nightlife support team at contact@thewavenightlife.com.
If you want to delete your Wave account, you can do that directly in the app or request deletion by email.
Account Deletion
To delete your account in the Wave app, open Profile, go to Settings, then choose Delete Account under Account Management.
After confirming deletion in the app, your account is deleted immediately and related data is removed within 24 hours.
You can also request account deletion by emailing contact@thewavenightlife.com from the email address associated with your Wave account. If you contact us from a different email address, include enough account information for us to verify the request.
What Gets Deleted
Account profile information and related personal data are removed as part of the account deletion process.
Some records may be retained only as needed for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, chargeback, or dispute-resolution obligations.
